The location was great. It's close to many attractions.
The room was small, and there was no place to sit. The bathroom felt neglected, and the shower was in the bath. The shower screen did not close properly, so the floor became wet. There were no safety handles to help getting in and out of the bath. This posed a safety risk

The room size was smaller than expected. I found very little space to move around, especially with luggage. the absence of an available plug socket near the bed was an inconvenience. I expect more convenient amenities in this era.

the location worked perfectly. tottenham court road station was a short walk, and many shops and restaurants surrounded the hotel. my room included tea and coffee making facilities, i found those very useful. the staff was helpful with directions, that was useful for getting around.
the bathroom was small, it barely had room to turn around.

my room featured an en-suite bathroom. it had a tv. the room included fresh towels, i did appreciate that. the bed seemed comfortable with fresh, clean linens.

The hotel's location was great for accessing many central attractions.
The room felt quite stuffy. There was no air conditioning. It was uncomfortable, especially given the weather outside. I think some investment in cooling systems is needed.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! I really enjoyed the tea and coffee available in my room. The room was also very clean on arrival. I was thrilled.
The reception area needs a small update, as it looks a little tired. It is not a major problem, but it could improve first impressions.

The hotel's location offers great access to public transportation, and Tottenham Court Road tube station is very close. This proximity made exploring the area easy! The central location definitely enhanced my trip.
